Google Interview Process explained for beginners(Part 1)

Also in 2016 we are witnessing Google using new techniques of hiring and recruiting is done as per a set pattern now:
Phone/Hangout Interviews :
IBM,Accenture,TCS,Cognizant,Genpact,RBS,American express among other companies usually conduct the initial round of interview over the telephone so that they can better gauge the candidate before bringing them in for a face to face at Google location.

Now the twist is in a telephonic round Technical(For B.Tech,B.E) hirings usually will last between 30-60 minutes. And the coding is shared via google doc( of course) with the interviewer and its real time so u can imagine its different than other companies.

For non technical hirings sometimes behavioral, hypothetical, or case-based questions(Practice Questions click here) will be asked according to your profile and interviews last around 30-45 minutes. So it may sound daunting but its not so tough if you have your bases covered.

Once you are shortlisted then there is usually a Onsite Interview. That will be discussed in more detail in next article :
